Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card only.
Procedure
- Click “Go to Congress Registration page” button on this page. Congress Registration is made using the online registration system.
- Follow the directions on the Congress Registration screen, and fill in the required fields.
- When registration is completed, the auto-reply mail will be sent to your registered email address.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Please note that no refund will be available for the payments already made.
Information about VISA
Firstly, if you need to apply for a visa, please complete your registration by July 31, 2025, at 23:59 JST.
Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese VISA" through the URL below: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html)
Please fill in the necessary documents for your visa application and send them by email to the Congress Office (ltc2025-support@jcorr.or.jp). We will complete the documents and send them back to you by mail only if the registration fee has been fully paid.
Refunds for registration fees will not be issued in the event of a visa denial, except in cases where the application was delayed due to a clear oversight by the Congress Office.
